About Hayley
Hello! As a student with a BA in Media and Communications with work experience in both tutoring and essay writing as well as personal experience with the admissions process, I provide a strong foundation to help students through the college admissions process. I have a passion for writing, storytelling, and creativity, and I love helping students discover their voice and bring their ideas to life. I value empathy and respect, and I aim to provide support that makes the application process less stressful and more exciting. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy running, music, and film. Looking forward to meeting you!

I help high school students write admissions essays that feel authentic and stand out to universities. My goal is to make the process less stressful and more personal.
- Get to know each student’s personality, goals, and interests to guide brainstorming
- Build outlines and workshop drafts together
- Provide clear edits and feedback during and between sessions
- Suggest schools and programs that fit the student’s strengths
- Bring first-hand insight (transfer + grad applications) and editing skills as a former university newspaper editor
