Hi, I am Julie and I would love to humbly share with you my Yoga practice. I have learned Yoga in India and Australia. I hope I can help other to embrace their true self using the practice of Yoga, moving energy inwards and centering their thoughts on a more positive level.

I teach Vinyasa Yoga. Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. I like to introduce some of the yoga principles as well as Pranayama techniques (breathing techniques) during my classes.
