About Rosie
I’m a working actor with experience in film and television, including roles on productions such as Doctor Who and Casualty. Being on set has given me a real understanding of the industry and how to bring grounded, natural performances to camera.
Alongside my acting work, I'm a certified somatic practitioner - bringing embodied and trauma informed approaches to performance. I’m passionate about helping actors move beyond overthinking and reconnect with their natural expression and emotional truth.
My teaching style is grounded, intuitive and supportive. I aim to create a calm, encouraging environment where you feel safe to explore, take risks and develop your craft with confidence.

My lessons focus on embodied acting, helping you connect more deeply to your body, emotions and instincts so your performances feel natural and truthful. We work with text, improvisation and simple somatic techniques to build confidence, presence and emotional depth. Sessions are tailored to your needs, whether you’re preparing for auditions, developing your craft, or overcoming blocks. I create a supportive space where you can explore, take risks and grow as an actor.
