About Elpida
When I’m not teaching or performing, I’m often lost in the worlds of fantasy realms, books, and franchises. I’m a bit of a geek at heart – from diving into epic stories to exploring the magical universes in musical theater, I find inspiration everywhere. Whether it’s the charm of Lord of the Rings or the dynamic characters of Wicked, these passions influence the way I approach music and teaching. I also explore movement through Contemporary/Jazz dance, Folk Music while constantly finding ways to combine my singing approach with the physicality of the body. As a neurodivergent person, I love discovering new ways to express myself and create harmony between mind, body, and voice. The exploration of movement and the Anatomy / Physiology studies deeply inform my teaching, helping my students connect with their bodies and voices in a holistic way. Above all, I believe in the power of creativity, both in music and in life. Every lesson is an opportunity to grow, and I love helping my students unlock their potential in a way that feels both enjoyable and meaningful.

Hi, I’m Elpida! As a tutor, I bring 5+ years of experience teaching in conservatories and privately, combining my passion for singing with proven techniques to help you succeed. My approach is student-centered, fun, and tailored to your individual goals as they incorporate mindfulness and positive affirmations to help you build confidence and embrace your unique voice! I focus on healthy vocal technique developed through diaphragmatic breathing, Bel Canto principles, and the Alexander Technique. Whether you’re working on classical, modern, pop, musical theater or rock styles, I provide a technique-based foundation adaptable to any genre. A Typical Lesson Plan Mindfulness moment and LESSON AFFIRMATIONS Warm-ups to enhance breath control, tone, and vocal range. Technique-focused drills to build strength and flexibility. Repertoire work tailored to your goals and interests. Performance tips for auditions, exams, or personal enjoyment. Constructive feedback with actionable next steps. In addition to my MM in Vocal Performance, Teaching Diploma, and Doctorate studies, I have extensive experience as a performer and teacher. I’ve helped students prepare for auditions, exams, and competitions, and I also enjoy working with individuals who simply want to explore their voice and love of singing. I welcome students of all ages and levels, from beginners to advanced performers. Whatever musical genre you’re pursuing, I’ll guide you toward your goals in a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment. Perfect! I had my first lesson with her today and it was a fantastic experience. She immediately picked up on details in my voice and explained things in a way that made the technique easy to understand. She was very encouraging and clearly passionate about teaching. I left the lesson feeling excited about improving and looking forward to working with her more.
Perfect! Elpida is very friendly, welcoming, and helps build singing confidence. She has fun vocal exercises and always explains the anatomy and science that will improve sound. She is super observant and able to accurately point out posture and breath that affect singing. She's so encouraging and a wonderful teacher.

She is a very good teacher with a lot of knowledge.
I started doing vocals with her from 0 and managed to reach a very good level
