Perfect! Methodical approach to weight training. Within weeks I could see significant improvement in muscle strength. He is down to earth and I highly recommend him.

Perfect! Ravi has been an excellent personal trainer throughout my recent weight-loss and strength program. The initial assessment was thorough, goals were clearly defined, and the training plan was tailored to my needs , with progressive resistance training and appropriate cardio). Technique coaching was meticulous and safety-focused, which helped me train confidently and avoid injuries. Nutrition advice was practical and aligned with my diet (no beef, pork; chicken and fish only), including guidance on protein targets and supplement timing.
Perfect! Coach Singh is an amazing coach, very professional, motivating, and truly knows how to get the best out of you. Highly recommend!

I am 65 years old, and working with this trainer has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and fitness. The trainer is patient, professional, and very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to training older adults safely and effectively.

His constant motivation and encouragement makes me do stuff which I couldnt have thought of, achieving earlier. Definitely a solid trainer! He also keeps a strict vigil on training [ with adequate posture advice, weight management, repetitions] and shows care & concern in the sessions.
He trains my 14 year old boy. And I can see alot of improvement in my child. He is a dedicated coach and a friendly one too. Highly recommended.
