As a tutor, I believe every student has the ability to grow when learning is connected to their world. My teaching method combines direct instruction with hands-on practice, real-world examples, and creative problem-solving so concepts truly “stick.” A typical lesson begins with a quick review of prior skills, followed by guided practice, interactive activities, and independent work where I provide feedback and encouragement.
What sets me apart is my ability to quickly recognize where a student is struggling and adjust on the spot—whether that means breaking material into smaller steps, using visuals, or creating a game that turns practice into fun. My lessons are designed for learners from early elementary through high school, especially those who need confidence building, targeted math support, or enrichment to push their skills further. I create a safe, encouraging space where mistakes are part of the journey, and progress is celebrated at every step.
