About Krista
I was a dancer for 15 years and was on a competitive team for 9 years.
I was an assistant teacher at my dance studio for 4 years.
I participated in student teaching at my high school for Dance, Advanced Functions and Modeling, and Special Education.
I was the president of Project Unify at my high school for 2 years.
I have 3 years of experience as a camp and after-school counselor.
I am currently a nanny and have 1 year of experience.

I am currently enrolled at a university in central North Carolina where I am completing my degree in Elementary Education. I have the most experience in tutoring Kindergarten through 6th grade students. I graduated in Spring 2019 with my Associate in Science, and also completed my degree with a 4.0 GPA.
When tutoring, I like to focus on what the student needs first. Then, a good review of related material is the second most necessary step to determine other areas the student may need further help.
