About Hayley
I am a dedicated Elementary Education graduate from Western Governors University with over three years of experience working in public school classrooms. As a Special Education Paraprofessional, I have supported students at various reading and academic levels, helping them develop essential English and literacy skills.
I am patient, reliable, and passionate about helping students grow in their reading, writing, and comprehension abilities. I understand the challenges students face when learning English skills and provide encouragement and support to help them succeed. My classroom experience has given me the ability to work with diverse learners and build strong, trusting relationships with students and families.

My English tutoring lessons focus on building strong reading, phonics, comprehension, spelling, and writing skills. I tailor each session to the student’s individual level and learning style to help them improve and gain confidence. I break skills down into simple, easy-to-understand steps and provide guided practice to ensure mastery.
I specialize in helping elementary students strengthen their reading fluency, understand what they read, and improve their writing skills. I use supportive, patient instruction and engaging activities to make learning effective and enjoyable.
My goal is to help students not only improve their English skills but also develop confidence and a positive attitude toward learning.
