About Jae Yoon
Hello! My name is Jae Yoon, but I prefer Jay. I am a second year computer engineering student at DVC looking to transfer to Berkeley College of Engineering 2024 to pursue a BS in EE & CS. I want to specialize in the field of cybersecurity.
I am a VP of software engineering at the Google Developers Student Club and a current mathematics tutor at Diablo Valley College.
I have taken Calculus 1-3 and Linear Algebra and have achieved an A in all the classes. I also love to code, and have been to several hackathons.

I would like to tutor anyone in high school and freshman level mathematics and especially for those preparing for the AP Calculus exam. I have experience in tutoring from precalculus to AP calculus and currently I am a tutor who helps with Calculus 1 through 3 and Linear Algebra.
A typical tutor session would look like beginning with the fundamentals of a subject, and then identifying my tutees problems. I have extensive resources for AP Calculus, and can offer anything from advice to a guaranteed 4/5 score on the exam.
