About Halec
I'm a full time student pursuing a career in dentistry. I started playing guitar when I was ten years old and would love to help other guitarists find their groove. I'm adequately familiar with multiple genres including but not exclusive to classic rock, djent, modern rock, modern pop, metal, neoclassical, and classical music. I've taught many people introductory guitar techniques and have enjoyed that experience, and hope to expand past introductory level guitar with others soon.

My basic approach to teaching is figuring out what works best for my student. I try to figure out what they want to work on, and then teach them small portions at a time. Repetition is crucial! If my student has no experience, we will begin by learning to read tab and sheet music, followed by the basic scales, and simple classic rock tunes.
