About Iván

Hello, my name is Ivan. I’m from the Dominican Republic, and I am a native Spanish speaker. I’m also a psychology student. I love meeting new people and learning about different cultures. I’m passionate about languages, and I get excited whenever someone is learning Spanish. This motivates me to support them throughout their learning journey.

About the lesson

I am patient and relaxed, and I understand how important confidence is when speaking a language naturally. That’s why I focus on both developing your communication skills and helping you build confidence through grammar lessons and enjoyable, friendly, and interesting conversations. My goal is to help you speak fluently without feeling overwhelmed.

Perfect! Ivan was absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough great things about my first session with him. I am just really starting my Spanish journey and he was extremely patient and willing to help me in any way that he could throughout the entire session.
I will definitely be booking more sessions with him going forward on my Spanish learning journey.
Muchas gracias Ivan!

Iván est un professeur aimable et compétent. Il est intellectuellement curieux, ce qui permet toujours une bonne conversation et il comprend les tenants et aboutissants de la grammaire espagnole. Il est excellent pour guider la conversation et vous aider à combler les lacunes lorsque vous manquez de mots. Je le recommande vivement.
