I have developed my own methodology, which has been quite successful. It is customized and combines all the grammar structure of the English language in individual blocks where the students are able to understand it and become able to apply it more efficiently.
I also have videos, songs and games that I apply to the classes in order to practice the grammar already learnt.
In order to customize the classes a questionnaire is done on the very first class, so I am able to recognize the cognitive skills to be applied along the course, therefore designing it on a one-to-one basis.
As I'm aware of the differences between the American English and the British one, I also provide it to students whenever it is convenient or we face a spot worth some explanation.
