About Julia
Even before college, I had already accumulated experience teaching. Since I was a child I am communicative and I come from a family of teachers who have always motivated me to do this. Featured at school for good performance in grades, I was invited to help my classmates. I think of art and nature as humanizing and therefore I bet on educational experiences that value the environment and develop emotional skills parallel to logical reasoning in different contexts. Study on compassionate communication, based on Non-Violent Communication, I work with education in a sensitive, ethical and aesthetic way

With a methodology based on the Pedagogy of projects, I have practice and didactics focused on researching the established teaching and learning relationships, the improvement and quality of teaching. Proposing to sensitive listening, I capture their demands from students, guiding and encouraging autonomy in resolving their issues and school development. Knowledge of Monterossi pedagogy provides tools to add to the practice
