I am friendly,patient and love working with people,i love joking around.
I believe as a peoples person you need to be able to listen patiently,dont judge anyone and its important to make people free in order to get great results.
Based on how i teach,i have lesson plans for each day,i prepare prior,i teach my students and give an opportunity to ask questions ,then i have an activity that i do together with my students ,i then give students activities to do on their own,then do corrections with them,this is a great way to assess the success of each student.
