I believe in an interactive and learner-centered approach. Core Learning (30–40 mins): Explaining key concepts through interactive teaching, group discussions, and practical exercises.
Application (15–20 mins): Presentations, or conflict-resolution scenarios to apply learning.
Feedback & Reflection (10 mins): Constructive feedback, clarifying doubts, and takeaways for practice.
