About Alexis
I'm what you might call a linguistic connoisseur - I love languages and noticing the slight differences in sounds and meanings. Currently I'm learning Dutch - wish me luck - so I know what it's like to start from square one. So let me help you make great leaps in your language learning journey! You're not learning a textbook, you're learning an entire culture.

I'm allergic to boring. With all my lessons, I make language learning fun and engaging. After sitting through lectures on French philosophy and literature, I vowed to never pass on the bore.
I teach using the International Phonetic Alphabet to help clarify the different sounds which encourages correct pronunciation. I use practical examples and help strengthen your basic grammar foundation.
It's better to learn from someone who's lived and studied in France right?
