About Katy
I am currently studying for an Economics degree at Durham university, and wish to pass on my knowledge to those studying for GCSEs or A levels, or those just wishing to widen their knowledge of economics. I studied economics at A level with Edexcel, achieving an A* grade. I have always had a keen interest in current economic affairs and their effects upon us, and have often participated in discussions and debates about such issues, allowing me to apply my economic studies to outside issues which is often needed in exams to reach the top marks.

In teaching, I will bring along key notes and worksheets that brought me through my own studies, and show you the best websites and books that I found. I can work through past papers with you and give you access to notes about mark schemes that will enable you to reach the top marks. I am obviously most accustomed to the Edexcel exam board, but most subjects overlap across exam boards and I have no issues tutoring for others! I will take you through each topic and discuss any issues you may encounter, not only helping you to apply them to exams but for you to fully understand them.
