About Kiara
My passion for Economics began with observing how decisions influence societies and markets, inspiring me to pursue a B.A. in International Economics. Over 9 years of teaching, I have guided students by creating clear, structured lessons that bridge theory with real-world applications. My approach emphasizes understanding, analytical reasoning, and confidence-building. I prioritize a supportive learning environment where learners can freely ask questions, explore ideas, and engage with economic concepts critically. I break down complex topics into understandable steps, using practical examples, case studies, and discussion-based learning. Many students who were initially intimidated by Economics have developed confidence and analytical skills under my guidance. Beyond teaching, I stay current with global economic developments, policy analyses, and research studies. Integrating these insights into lessons ensures relevance and practical understanding. Teaching Economics is deeply rewarding because I witness students develop critical thinking, curiosity, and confidence in navigating complex economic issues.

Economics becomes more relatable when students learn to see the connections between theoretical principles and real-world applications. My lessons emphasize clarity, structured reasoning, and the ability to analyze how markets, policies, and individual decisions interact. Topics such as supply and demand, market structures, fiscal and monetary policy, and international trade are taught with practical examples to encourage understanding beyond memorization.
Beginners start with fundamental concepts like demand-supply frameworks, pricing, basic economic terminology, and introductory macroeconomic ideas. Intermediate learners explore elasticity, production and cost, national income, inflation, and policy impact analysis. Advanced students work on case studies, quantitative analysis, applied economic reasoning, and exam-oriented problem-solving techniques. Every lesson is structured to reinforce understanding through examples, discussion, and reasoning exercises.
Economics lessons help learners develop critical thinking, analytical skills, and a practical understanding of economic phenomena. Students gradually become more confident in evaluating policy decisions and interpreting data.
