About Iñaki
Born to two mathematician academics, I had a natural talent for the subject. However, I also benefited from their perspective whenever I struggled with a problem-solving method that I was taught in school. In mathematics, there are always multiple ways to approach each problem and each person might have an easier time with one or another, so it is important to always keep an open mind. I graduated from Economics, with a strong focus in mathematics and statistics. Also, while living in Costa Rica, I worked at an international school teaching mathematics to kids of ages 12 to 18. I was raised in between the US and Spain so I am native in both English and Spanish.

Most kids struggle with mathematics because most of the time they ask them to just follow instructions. I focus on making them understand the processes they are doing, and relate every activity or operation with real-life scenarios. I can teach all ages pre-college, although I have more experience with Middle School and High School students.
