About Xuanzhuo
Hello! I am a passionate pre-service teacher currently completing my Master of Secondary Teaching at the University of Canberra, specializing in Mathematics and Economics. Prior to this, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Miami University (USA), which provided me with a rigorous academic foundation.
I am genuinely enthusiastic about education and love seeing that "aha!" moment when a student finally grasps a complex concept. Teaching is not just a casual job for me; it is my chosen and dedicated career path.

As a pre-service teacher currently completing my Master of Secondary Teaching, my methodology is strictly aligned with the local school curriculum. I focus on helping students build strong analytical frameworks rather than just memorizing formulas. Drawing from my professional background in macroeconomic research and my US Bachelor’s degree in Economics, I frequently use real-world applications to make abstract concepts in Mathematics and Economics engaging and much easier to digest.
A typical lesson runs for 60 minutes. Sessions are highly structured: we usually begin by reviewing core concepts from school lectures, followed by tackling specific assignment difficulties, and finishing with targeted exam preparation. I always ensure clear, patient, and highly effective communication in every session to help students reach their full potential.
My lessons are tailored specifically for High School and College students (Years 9 to 12) who are looking to improve their grades, prepare for upcoming assessments, or simply build long-term confidence in Math and Economics.
