About Andrew
I am an Economics student at the University of Southampton with a strong passion for both Economics and Geography. Having achieved A* grades in both subjects, I want to help other students understand difficult concepts, build confidence and develop the exam skills needed to reach their full potential. I also genuinely enjoy teaching and seeing students make progress.

My lessons focus on building a strong understanding of the subject while developing the exam technique needed to achieve top grades. I adapt each lesson to the student, using clear explanations, worked examples, exam-style questions and active discussion to identify and improve weaker areas. I place particular emphasis on essay structure, evaluation and applying knowledge to unfamiliar questions.
Lessons are typically 1 hour, although longer sessions can be arranged where appropriate.
My lessons are aimed primarily at A-level students, whether you're preparing for exams, improving your grades or looking to strengthen particular topics.
FREE EPQ SUPPORT BONUS: Regular students receive free EPQ support and advice alongside their tuition, at no extra cost. With an A* in my own EPQ, I can provide guidance on choosing a question, planning, research, structure and improving your project throughout the year. This bonus is included for regular students and isn't charged separately.
