About Tulika
I am early age educator. I provide varied range of classes to toddlers.
I am also certified Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher.
I am prabhakhar in Hindustani class musical & practising Nada Yoga for many years.
I can guide you about meditation, pranayama, chanting sound healing, yogic kriyas, joint movements, ashtanga & vinyasa yoga flow .
