About Jamy

I am a Jolly Phonics tutor, with 3 successful years teaching young children to read. All the children I have taught achieved success - they have become fluent at reading and writing in the English language, some even becoming fluent at 4.5 years old! All the children I have taught that have had to sit for English entrance exams for prestigious international schools have passed and parents are very pleased with the results they see.

I teach a reading and writing programme called Jolly Phonics. I have had great success with the children I have tutored using this method, some even reading fluently by the age of 4.5 years old. The children I have taught have successfully passed entrance exams for prestigious private schools. I have been giving extra classes for the past 3 years, children aged 3-8 years and 4 - 8 years (online)
I use stories, flashcards, workbooks, videos, art/colouring and singing in my classes. I highlight one sound per class for children learning the basics. Each class is 60 minutes long.
