I’m passionate about supporting families in the early years and creating spaces where parents and children can explore, connect, and thrive together. I enjoy sharing practical strategies, play-based ideas, and approaches that nurture confident, connected families. I teach because I love helping parents and carers feel empowered, supported, and inspired in their journey with their children, while promoting overall family well-being.

I provide evidence-based, gentle, and practical support for parents and carers from pregnancy to age five. My approach draws on my background in education and training in Magda Gerber’s RIE approach, Parents as Teachers, and PEEP LTP. I have experience facilitating and running playgroups, providing one-on-one support for expectant families, and working with families with young children aged 0–3. Sessions, typically 45–60 minutes, focus on play-based strategies, developmental guidance, routines, and overall family wellbeing to nurture confident, connected families.
