About Gemma
I am an experienced early childhood and primary teacher and have worked with many neurodiverse students both in classrooms and in tutoring settings. I have worked in mainstream as well as specialist school settings and am familiar with the NSW syllabuses as well as the Australian Curriculum. I have worked with students across Australia. I look forward to working with you and your child to achieve their learning goals.

Lessons are customized to students' individual needs and strengths. I make use of a variety of digital tools to support learning progression from concrete to pictorial (representational) to abstract. This allows students to develop a deep understanding of concepts. I focus on building students' confidence in their abilities by using gradual increases in challenges. I also incorporate their interests into their learning to support engagement.
