About Celia
I am a second year student at Durham University studying biological sciences. I studied Maths, Chemistry and Biology at A-Level achieving all A*s. I really enjoy the problem solving aspect of these subjects and gaining a better understanding of how things work. I have experience in teaching from tennis to CCF to tutoring for over a year .

I like to keep lessons fun and interactive, typically going through the content to check your understanding and ensure you have notes that to refer to. Then lots and lots of practise questions! As well as answering any tricky questions you're stuck on. This helps to ensure you and exam questions are closely repeat so it's important to have seen a wide range of questions.
I teach chemistry in a methodical way building on each step and will focus on key words examiners look for.
Lessons would be held online via zoom / teams for typically an hour but I can accommodate to your needs. I have a good understanding of the GCSE exam style having taken the exam myself. I have a 9 at GCSE and A* at A-Level in chemistry. My lessons are for anyone needing help sitting there GCSE's from understanding the content to refining exam technique.
