I like to let the student lead the first lesson and tell me what they are struggling with or what they would like to work on. From there we can make a plan together of what they would like to cover and in what time frame, checking their progress regularly. The structure depends on the student’s preference, I can either teach a lesson on a topic or offer more informal guidance whereby the student is given more autonomy. Looking to make Maths interesting and accessible to all!
