About Jessica
I am a qualified Speech & Drama teacher with over 20 years experience. I have taught and performed locally and internationally. My passion is improvisation and I have seen the great benefit of this training from corporate and private clients. I included mindfulness and relaxation techniques in my training to help alleviate stress and anxiety.
