Hi, I'm Zenobea, certified Precision Nutrition coach and co-owner of Lift and Burn Functional Fitness Studio.
As a Nutrition Coach I’m a supportive mentor who partners with You to help guide and motivate lifestyle changes. Creating new habits that lead you to success!
I help clients achieve lasting body transformations, rather than a short-term “quick fix.” Together, we will optimize your weight, end food mcravings (for good), improve your sleep, and massively boost your energy.
