Lessons catered to individual student needs and learning preferences. I generally use repetition and application of concepts so that the student understands the reasoning behind ideas, protocols, procedures, etc. without just memorizing for test purposes. I encourage students to let me know their strengths and weaknesses so that we can utilize their time most efficiently.
