About Jeffrey
I am currently a full-time civil engineer, and a former student with a full ride to Rice University who pursued civil engineering. I've tutored chemistry and mathematics at the local high school in both English and Spanish, passed the chemistry AP exam with a 5, and won numerous science and math competitions.

I base my classes on the AP (calculus and physics) and pre-AP (for all other math classes) curriculum, with a focus on applications to real-world situations. The teaching experience can be tailored so the student may get a high score on the AP exam and/or SAT subject test, or so that any gaps in the student's current learning experience can be filled. Details
I currently have a full-time job, so I cannot meet between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM on weekdays. I make occasional drives to Dallas, so in-person tutoring isn't a guarantee unless previously arranged. All books and resources I use are online and downloadable. Rates shown represent the minimum I'm currently charging.
