About Ruhiya
With over twenty years of experience as a professional vocalist and vocal coach, I've performed all across the world and worked with dozens of students. Alongside writing and releasing my own music, I've studied a range of vocal styles, including classical, contemporary, jazz and Hindustani music.
My lessons combine healthy vocal technique with creativity in a relaxed and supportive environment. Whether you're new to singing or have years of experience, I'll help you build confidence, develop your voice and enjoy making music.
I also hold a Master's degree in Music (with Distinction) and am a trained sound healing instructor with the College of Sound Healing UK.

My singing lessons are tailored to each individual, whether you are a complete beginner, an experienced vocalist, or someone looking to improve confidence in speaking and performance. I combine healthy vocal technique, breathwork, body awareness and creative exploration to help you develop a voice that feels natural, expressive and free. Lessons are relaxed, supportive and enjoyable, focusing on building confidence, expanding vocal range, improving tone and control, and reducing tension so you can sing with greater ease and authenticity.

Please note, due to my limited availability I do not offer a 1 hour free lesson, but I do offer a free 15 minute consultation to discuss working together.
I can also offer reduced rates for those on low income (subject to availability), and package deals for regular students.
