About Anna
My favourite place on earth is the rehearsal room. There are few things I enjoy more than seeing the moment everything clicks in place for a performer and getting to work towards that together is a real joy. The one-on-one process is particularly powerful, I think, as it creates so much space for growth, often in quite short spaces of time.
I hold a BA degree (1st) in Film & Screenwriting; I am currently studying Dramaturgy at Lund University and Royal Central School for Speech and Drama, whilst preparing for further postgraduate studies at King's College this September.

Get a completely customised approach to your acting needs with an experienced director who loves coaching actors towards better performances.
I can help with audition/call-back preparation, acting exams, rehearsal prep or general coaching for working/aspiring actors.
My coaching will be tailored to your needs, but I draw on extensive research into Stanislavsky technique, contemporary movement practices and breathwork, in order to facilitate a deeper and more instinctive connection to the craft.
The first session will be held online. Here, we will dedicate our time to finding out where you're currently at and what you're looking to develop - perhaps more confidence on stage, a clearer and more relaxed presence, a more dynamic performance style or honing your emotional recall in scenes. We will use a monologue at first and then see where it might be most helpful to start building further.
As a director, I will be able to help you fine-tune those attributes that most directors are looking for - responsiveness, clarity and presence - and let you know what that actually means for you in a practical sense.
Our work together will be completely adapted to your needs - whether in short-term prep for an audition or coaching for a specific role, or if you just want to have some fun and learn some new acting skills.
