I have known Faith for a very long time; we are more like family than friends. She is caring, thoughtful, and most importantly, she loves teaching. Since I have known her, she has been teaching Sunday school. She should continue being an active listener; meeting her students at their level helps with confidence and building self-esteem and trust. Be open and approachable with boundaries, of course. Be the teacher we know her to be.

I have known Lasmas Faith my whole life; she is like a sister to me. What I like about her teaching style is that she is good in communication skills, listening, collaboration, adaptability, empathy, and patience. She makes learning easy, and she is reflective, transparent, adaptable, organized, and children understand and love her. She taught me how to teach my son to read, and she inspired me to become a teacher too.
