About Jack
I am an enthusiastic ESL tutor with 12 years of experience teaching school and college students. I enjoy helping learners develop the English skills they need for academic success and everyday communication. My lessons are carefully planned to match each student's learning pace, strengths, and goals.
My teaching covers grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, listening, pronunciation, conversation practice, and comprehension. I also teach English for presentations, public speaking, interview preparation, academic writing, Business English, and workplace communication to prepare students for future opportunities.
I believe students learn best through active participation. That is why I use modern teaching methods such as interactive quizzes, online learning resources, real-life conversations, storytelling, videos, pronunciation practice, and problem-solving activities. These techniques make lessons enjoyable while improving practical English skills.
I encourage students to think in English instead of simply translating from their native language. This approach improves fluency, confidence, and natural communication. Every lesson includes revision, guided practice, and constructive feedback so students can clearly see their improvement over time.
