About Madri
My name is Madri Rabe, and I am a 3rd-year law student as well as a dedicated multi-sport athlete who has competed for South Africa. I specialize in long jump and triple jump, and I also hold provincial colors in netball, hockey, and athletics, giving me a strong and well-rounded understanding of sport. On Superprof, my goal is to share my passion for sport with others—whether you want to improve your general fitness, develop coordination and strength, or learn the fundamentals of athletics. My diverse background allows me to teach a broad range of skills while tailoring each session to your goals. I am deeply committed to helping people grow, both physically and mentally. I bring dedication, patience, and positivity to every lesson, creating an environment where students feel supported and motivated to reach their potential. About Madri Rabe – Professional Athlete & Sports Educator
My name is Madri Rabe, and I am a professional long jumper with a passion for helping others grow through sport. My experience in athletics has given me a strong understanding of training, movement, and the mindset needed to build confidence and improve performance in any physical activity.
On Superprof, my goal is to teach students of all ages the fundamentals of sport—ranging from general fitness and coordination to proper running, jumping, and strength techniques. I focus on creating a supportive and motivating learning environment where everyone feels encouraged to challenge themselves and celebrate their progress.
Sport has shaped who I am, and I believe it has the power to inspire discipline, resilience, and self-belief. Whether you are a beginner wanting to get active, someone looking to improve athletic skills, or an aspiring athlete building a strong foundation, I tailor my lessons to your needs and goals.
