About Callie
I’m a Chemistry tutor with more than 8 years of experience and an MSc in Radiochemistry. My passion is food chemistry and nutritional science. I teach macromolecules, food additives, and metabolic processes using practical examples. Students explore dietary analysis, food product development, and cooking reactions.
