About Janis Salome
Hello! My name is Janis Salome Bornhauser and I am a dedicated and experienced tutor. I offer qualified support in languages (English, German, French, Spanish) and scientific subjects (mathematics, biology, chemistry, physics, geography) for students of all ages.
Why my lessons?
Individually adapted – every student learns differently. I design my lessons so that they are tailored to personal strengths and weaknesses.

My teaching approach:
I attach great importance to teaching the material in an individually tailored and understandable way. My method combines clear explanations, interactive exercises and practical examples to ensure that my students do not just learn by heart, but can really understand and apply the knowledge.
Course of a lesson:
Introduction – Brief repetition of the previous topic and clarification of open questions
Elaboration – Introduction to the new topic with structured explanations and clear examples
Application – Independent practice through tasks, discussions or practical applications
Summary – repetition of the most important points and targeted tips for sustainable learning
I adapt the pace to each individual and explain topics in different ways to achieve the best learning outcome. I also provide targeted learning strategies that help beyond the actual lessons.
