About Nicola
I am a passionate Psychology graduate with a Bachelor’s degree and a strong foundation in A-level success. Beyond my academic background, I bring extensive teaching experience, having worked with ESL students, children, and adults in both online and in-person settings.
This diverse background has taught me how to adapt my communication style to suit every learner's unique needs. I enjoy teaching because I find it incredibly rewarding to help students overcome 'lightbulb' moments. My goal is to use my professional teaching experience to make Psychology accessible, engaging, and stress-free for all my students.

My teaching methodology focuses on bridging the gap between textbook theory and exam-style application. Having completed both A-level Psychology and a Bachelor's degree, I understand exactly how to simplify complex concepts like neurobiology and research methods.
Typical lessons last 60 minutes, focusing on active recall and essay-structuring techniques for 16-mark questions. I primarily tutor A-level students (ages 16–18) but am happy to assist undergraduate students with core modules. My goal is to build your confidence and refine your critical evaluation skills for top-tier results.
