About Amelia
I have 12 years of teaching experience and hold a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics. Throughout my teaching journey, I have guided students from middle school through university preparation, helping them strengthen mathematical reasoning through patient mentorship and structured instruction. I enjoy making mathematics approachable, practical, and rewarding for every learner.
One learner initially struggled with numerical estimation because selecting appropriate approximation methods for different situations often resulted in uncertainty. Through practical activities, real-world examples, and systematic practice, the student developed stronger reasoning skills and achieved outstanding improvement in mathematics assessments.
I believe mathematics develops creativity, logical reasoning, perseverance, and disciplined thinking that benefit students throughout their education and professional careers. Outside teaching, I enjoy designing mathematics enrichment challenges, mentoring aspiring educators, and participating in curriculum development projects that promote innovative mathematics learning.

My teaching philosophy emphasizes conceptual understanding, logical reasoning, and practical application so that students develop genuine mathematical confidence.
