I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English Language Studies and a TEFL certificate, with experience teaching international young and adult learners. My five-month teaching internship and participation in teaching seminars have strengthened my skills in lesson planning, communication, and classroom management. About the lesson

Hi, I’m Shirley Belarma. I have a BA in English Language Studies, a TEFL certificate, and one year teaching international young learners, plus a five‑month internship.
I help children build confidence in speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary through fun, interactive activities like games, stories, and role‑plays. Lessons are learner‑centered and tailored to each child’s interests and pace.
In your child’s first lesson we’ll do a quick, playful assessment, set two short‑term goals, and try a mini‑lesson so you can see how I teach. I’ll also share simple home practice tips to reinforce progress.
