About Merridith
Merridith Allen is a highly decorated martial artist, yoga instructor, and writer, based in Los Angeles, CA. She has traveled the world training and teaching martial arts and creative writing. Through her personal, holistic approach, Merridith has taught people of all ages and backgrounds. She has a special interest in serving women and the lgbtq+ community, as these communities have largely been marginalized in the martial arts world. She would like to change that.
