About Casey

Hi! I am a senior studying Mechanical Engineering at Union College. Throughout my academic journey, I have maintained Dean's List standing and earned membership in the Pi Tau Sigma National Mechanical Engineering Honor Society. Math and science have always been my passions, and I love sharing that enthusiasm with younger students to help them realize that they can totally master these subjects too.
Outside of my engineering coursework and projects, I am actively involved on campus as a member of Gamma Phi Beta, the Baja Club, the Ski Club, and the Yoga Club. I believe that a balanced, positive mindset is key to effective learning.
As a tutor, my goal is to create a welcoming, stress-free environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and building genuine confidence in their abilities. I know firsthand that challenging math and physics concepts click much faster when someone breaks them down step-by-step, and I am here to make sure every student leaves our sessions feeling accomplished and prepared!

As a Dean’s List mechanical engineering senior and a member of the Pi Tau Sigma honor society, I know that math and physics can sometimes feel intimidating or abstract. My goal is to completely change that experience for my students by turning confusing concepts into clear, logical steps.
