About Aynur
Hi, I’m Aynur, a Pilates instructor and movement specialist. My approach blends athletic performance, functional training, and injury-informed practice to help students move better, feel stronger, and achieve their goals safely.
My journey in movement began with acrobatic dance. Starting dance very late at the age of 18, I became a finalist at the Russian Championship in 2013 and a semi‑finalist in 2014, then I became a part of a contemporary dance team. This background gave me deep insight into the demands placed on the body in high‑performance movement.
In 2017, a knee injury related to hypermobility shifted my focus. I began studying anatomy and biomechanics to understand why we do certain exercises and, more importantly, how to adapt them for different bodies and conditions. This experience changed the way I teach: I moved from group coaching to individualized work, learning to tailor movement to people’s unique needs and health challenges.
Today, I specialize in accessible, intelligent movement. My online classes are designed for a wide range of students:
For those with limitations: if running and jumping aren’t options for you, or if you’re managing conditions like hyperlordosis, arthrosis, or arthritis, I’ll help you build strength and mobility in a way that supports your body.
For high‑performance goals: if your health is great and you want to work on specific skills—like splits, backbends, or greater flexibility—I bring a performance‑oriented, technique‑focused approach grounded in safe progressions.
