Hi, I’m Deeksha — a passionate and experienced Dance Fitness Trainer with over 5 years of expertise in the field. My journey in dance goes beyond regular fitness training, with 2 years of professional experience working with background dancers for serials and movie projects, which has shaped my style, discipline, and performance quality.
My Dance Fitness classes are designed to be high-energy, results-driven, and incredibly engaging. I combine intense cardio-based dance routines with structured workouts to help you burn fat, improve stamina, and build strength—all while enjoying every beat of the music.
