My approach as a tutor is friendly, patient, and student-centered. I believe that learning English should be practical, comfortable, and engaging rather than intimidating. With my background in customer service support and an Advanced English certification from EF SET, I focus on helping students improve their communication skills, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and confidence in using English.
A typical lesson begins with a short conversation or review to understand the student's current level and learning goals. I then introduce the main topic using simple explanations and practical examples. We practice together through conversations, exercises, and real-life situations, followed by corrections and constructive feedback. Each lesson ends with a quick review and recommendations for what the student can practice independently.
What sets me apart is my customer service background, which has given me extensive experience communicating with different types of people in a professional and patient manner. I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions. I adjust my teaching style according to each student's needs, learning pace, and confidence level.
My lessons are suitable for beginner to intermediate English learners, students who want to improve their everyday communication, individuals preparing for professional environments, and anyone who wants to become more confident speaking English. I can also help learners improve their English for customer service, workplace communication, interviews, and everyday conversations.
