About Sean
I am an advertising and marketing graduate with strong background in horticultural development and sport and rec based in Auckland, NZ. I have taught students in all different levels in the above two disciplines for over 1 decade. Throughout my tertiary education and working career I have prided myself on being a self-motivated, reliable and hard-working person.
Throughout my employment history I have learnt to be a self -reliant, honest, reliable and accountable person that put the community first before myself.
My objective is to demonstrate the full potential of myself not only I have been a professional driver in my past but I am also able to teach other in either doing a driving lesson or an English lesson.

Innitially I would approach the topic by opening up the conversation among the students by getting them involve in group discussion. Then I would get the student to listen to or watching a programme that is highly related to the topic. I encourage students to make note during the play of the audio and visual aids. Later on I will check the understanding and capture of the main point based on the programme I play to the students. Students have the 95% of class talk time whereares myself only have 5% of the talk time. The main philosophy is to have the main participation of the class time instead of mine. By this I also can check that everyone are involve in the class participation.
