About Ben
My name is Ben and I am currently studying Veterinary Medicine. I have been tutoring during my university studies for the past three years and have fallen in love with it. If it weren't for my passion for wanting to help animals then a career in teaching would have been very appealing to me. I am very patient and want the best for my students. I more than most understand that school and exams are a very stressful time for young adults and all I want to do is make the revision side of exams easier for you and help build your confidence so that when you walk into that exam hall you feel as prepared as possible!

I believe in trying to construct interactive lessons with my students. My lessons would consist of PowerPoint presentations, practice questions and learning games. Patience is key when tutoring, and I have developed this skill in the 3 years that I have been tutoring. I plan my lessons beforehand and establish a lesson plan to ensure that the lesson runs efficiently. I am happy to run 1 hour sessions and don't mind doing longer sessions if the student is happy to do so although I am aware that long sessions can cause the student to get tired and they can become unproductive.
