About Jacopo
For me, teaching starts with listening. I want to understand where each student struggles, and then work through those challenges together. My aim is to give students the tools and confidence they need so that, step by step, they become independent in their knowledge journey.

Hello! I’m Jacopo, a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Beijing International Center for Mathematical Research (BICMR), Peking University, with a Ph.D. in Mathematics and years of teaching experience. My teaching follows a bottom-to-top approach: I briefly introduce theory, then guide students through problems, stressing where results and theorems are applied. I am empathetic and believe in clear communication, ensuring students feel supported while developing confidence and independence. What I offer: - Tutoring in Mathematics and Physics-related subjects (all levels, including exam preparation) - Personalized lessons adapted to each student’s pace and style - Online sessions focused on problem-solving and understanding
