About Desiree
Been teaching for 9 years at high school level. Currently final year of a teaching qualification plus a 140hr TEFL certificate. I'm a passionate teacher, love my students. I thrive on going down to the basics if learners don't understand certain concepts. I'm a fun loving great talker and will keep classes fun and interactive. With the use of slides, visuals and phonetics we can learn together.

I use slides, videos, YouTube, interactive lessons with various types of media platforms. I teach by trial, practice and correcting mistakes. Correct grammar, punctuation, vocabulary and pronunciation is important to me. Sounding words phonetically helps reading, comprehension and will develop great skills in English conversations.
